An Apple A Day is a Metal Band from Luxembourg, formed in 2009 by Alex Marx, Raph Erpelding and Eric Küntzinger. Later, Kevin Hinna and Yann Dalscheid joined the Band. Together they create a mixture of heaviness and atmosphere, with the purpose to rock the stage. Modern and old school metal fans should find access to this combination. After a Demo (Fisherman's Friend), released in 2010, they recorded their first Ep called "Fall of Thera" in 2012.
