Anna Altman is Lucia Arias and Christian Billard, founding members of the noise / rock band, Turnip King. Anna Altman is an American alternative-rock band from New York. Anna Altman's first album, "Freightliner", was recorded on a second-hand reel to reel tape machine and the recording process was loosely based around the "All Wave" technique. A tape warp becomes increasingly more audible as the songs play to the end of the album due to the condition of the tape machine it was recorded on.
