Anthony McPartlin (born 18 November 1975) and Declan Donnelly (born 25 September 1975), from Newcastle-upon-Tyne, are popular presenters of light entertainment television programmes in the United Kingdom, working together as the duo Ant and Dec.

OK, I know this PJ&Duncan / Ant&Dec Stepping Stone video is not from The Monkees concert, it is a promo, but it was directed by Micky Dolenz, who also has a cameo in it, hence why the guys joined The Monkees on stage in Newcastle on March 7th 1997 and they all sang Stepping Stone together. Until someone can find me actual footage of the gig, I will just leave this video here.
