Aspencat's 2012 Concert History

Aspencat was a group from Xaló in Valencia, Spain. Their style was inspired by Ska, Reggae and Drum and Bass, but later records evolved towards a more electronic style influenced by Dubstep. As a group they referenced the local Valencian community and, in this sense, were considered the successors of Obrint Pas. They are considered, alongside groups such as La Raíz or Orxata Sound System as one of the Valencian groups that challenge the institutional culture of the Valencian Community by the critical content of its work.
