Astronomique's 2019 Concert History

Minneapolis-based space wave band, Astronomique, arose out of inspiration from French visual artist/singer/keyboardist, Logan Andra Fongemie’s (Satellite Voices), 1960s Space Age-themed drawings and paintings. In imagining a musical complement to her psychedelic artwork, Fongemie collaborated with guitarist, Sean Hogan (The New Monarchs), to create darker, dancey synthpop that would radiate a spacey French vibe.
