attack + defend are a three-piece lo-fi electro band out of Newchurch, Powys, Mid Wales, but currently residing in Cardiff. Comprised of three brothers, Mark, Johnny and Lee Thomas, and armed with a myriad of keyboards and lo-tech gadgets they played their first gig in January 2004 and, in the words of the band, "have been fermenting nicely since."
