In 2005, Bachman-Turner Overdrive disbanded for the second time. In 2009, two of the founding members, co-lead vocalist and bassist Fred Turner reunited with other co-lead vocalist and lead guitarist Randy Bachman, reunited as "Bachman & Turner." Other members included Mick Dalla-Vee on rhythm guitar and keyboards, Brent Howard also on rhythm guitar, and Marc LaFrance on drums. All three also contributed as backing vocalists. Bachman & Turner disbanded in 2018 when Turner retired from music.
