Beefeaters was a blues/garage rock band from Denmark. Starting out as a early sixties beat outfit, they later changed their sound to a more bluesy style while becoming increasingly popular in clubs. They disbanded in 1964 only to reform a year later with a new line-up including Peter Thorup, eventually releasing their first album, the 1967 self-titled "Beefeaters.".
