William H. "Billy" Mann (born December 20, 1968) is an American songwriter, record producer, creative executive, music publisher. Mann released a self-titled album on DV8 Records in 1995, before deciding to become a songwriter and music publisher. In 2011 he became the president of BMG Rights Management North America.
