Bivouac's 1992 Concert History

Formed in Derby, England, this band, comprising Paul Yeadon (vocals, guitar), Granville Marsden (bass) and Anthony Hodkinson (drums), were inundated with acclaim in 1993 following a record company trawl to find the UK's answer to Nirvana. Particularly impressive were the early singles "Bivouac", "Slack" (1992) and "Good Day Song" (1993). Support slots with Fugazi, Therapy? and Sugar, then a co-headlining tour with Jacob's Mouse, preceded the group's appearance at the Phoenix and Reading Festivals of 1993.
