Blaak Heat Shujaa (currently known as Blaak Heat) is a French-American psychedelic rock band founded by Thomas Bellier and Antoine Morel-Vulliez in 2008 in Paris, France while they were both graduate students at Sciences Po. In 2012, the band relocated to Los Angeles, United States, signed to Tee Pee Records, and subsequently hired local drummer Mike Amster.
