Blood Sport formed in Sheffield in 2010, and ever since the trio have forged an arresting sound practice from within the city’s industrious art/music community. They play 'aggro-beat' a self-defined style spanning west african guitar music, repetition, and now increasingly colagulating around experimental dance music and techno. Through their live performances, recordings and label/promotions outlet Hybrid Vigour, they explore the crossover between performance and the club space.
