Cheb Balowski's 2003 Concert History

Cheb Balowski, a group of 10 Catalan musicians and a singer of Algerian descent, was formed in Barcelona in 2000. Their music combines Mediterranean, Arab, and Balkan influences, with lyrics (sung in Spanish, Catalan, and Arabic) concerning social issues. Their first album, Bartzeloona, was released in 2001, followed by Potiner in 2003 and Plou Plom (Musiqueta que enamora) in 2005.
