CHERCÁN is a band from Valdivia, Chile that formed during the year 2019. They are an avant-garde rock band exploring sounds and rhythms from fusion, progressive, Latin American, and world music. The band was founded and is led by Rodrigo González, former drummer and percussionist of the bands LA DESOOORDEN and HOMÍNIDO. COVID-19 delayed their development, but the band was finally able to record and release its first single, "Kalimba," in November...
