The Chicago Children's Choir was founded in 1956 as a peaceful way to combat racism. It brings together children from all sorts of kids from different ethinic, religious, and socioeconomic backgrounds. The Chicago Children's Choir is the largest choral education program in the United States serving more than 3,000 children in the Chicagoland area.
