Child Actor is a collaboration between Max Heath and Natalie Plaza, who replaced Heath's cousin Sedgie Ogilvy in 2012. Together they they create densely layered and openly emotional music manipulating touchstones of R&B, hip-hop, pop and indie rock. Their first EP, Partner, was released on February 14, 2012, followed by the Window EP in July 2012. Their Fake Four debut, Victory, was released in October 2012. Ogilvy left Child Actor in December 2012 with Natalie Plaza taking her place.
