Formed in Lima, Peru in the late nineties, Contracorriente started playing as an Old School Punk Rock band. After several line up changes they released their first album "Contracorriente" (2001) and that was the beginning. Then came a live album "Contra Todo" (2003) recorded at the Lawn Tennis Club Stadium in Lima, "Honor y Rebeldia" (2004) and "Conectado" (2005). Also came the release of "1995-2005" (2006), a DVD documentary about the history and evolution of the band and the Peruvian rock scene.
These are photos from concerts where Contracorriente played, so they may be of other bands that played the concert as well.
