Cristabelle Children were a Welsh band, formed in 1986 covering songs by the Cocteau Twins, Robert Smiths - The Glove, Sisters of Mercy , Fleetwood Mac. They then decided to write their own work. They were always attracted to dark, meaningful lyrics and when they sent Christian Death their rough demo, they loved them and gave them the opportunity to go on tour with them in 1988. Gitane Demone gave the singer the chance to learn how to experiment with her vocals.
