D&D Sluggers is a band consisting of two dudes (Timothy David White and C. Dustin Overcash) with a ton of toys. Making simple, driving, catchy and danceable rock music using a guitar, a synthesizer, a Nintendo DS and a Nintendo Game Boy, D&D Sluggers may appear a gimmick on the surface. Beneath the bleeps and behind their shaking hips lies solid songwriting, lyrics subtly speaking to the inner adult/child duality of the kids of the 80's who have come of age.
