David Bean's 1968 Concert History

As lead singer and main songwriter of The Judy’s, David Bean quickly established himself as one of Texas’ premier performers. Bob Claypool of the Houston Post called him a “veteran of the music scene” by age 25 and Liam Sternberg (Walk Like an Egyptian) called him “an amazing songwriter with a incredible vocal range”. Even Academy Award-winning director Jonathan Demme (The Silence of the Lambs) hailed Bean as “one of America’s best kept secrets”.
