DeeJay Punk-Roc was born in Brooklyn, NY, back in 1971. The youngest of six children, Punk-Roc cut his teeth on the funky sounds of such 1970s and '80s stars as Parliament, Barry White, the Isley Brothers, Sugar Hill Gang, and Grandmaster Flash; he also began DJing at parties. A troubled teen, he dropped out of high school at 16 years of age, but soon enlisted in the United States Military to put his life back on track. Being stationed in Japan, Germany...
