Defy This are a 3 piece rock/alternative band from Southampton, UK. After playing together as different bands for a few years, Joe, Will and Lewis decided to settle down as their own band, in early 2007, and so formed Defy This. Will Sanders plays Guitar/Vocals, Joe Smith plays Bass/Vocals and Lewis Barnes plays Drums.
