David Jonathan Hammond (born on July 19, 1981), better known as Didz Hammond, was the bassist and backing vocalist in The Cooper Temple Clause (while also occasionally playing other instruments), and left to become the bassist and backing vocalist in Dirty Pretty Things, with Carl Barât, previously of The Libertines. Dirty Pretty Things split in October 2008. Didz now runs a club night with Anthony Rossomando, who played guitar in Dirty Pretty Things.
