Doucette was Canadian guitarist and singer-songwriter Jerry Doucette (born Jerry Victor Doucette in Montreal, Quebec, on 9 September 1951; died April 18, 2022). As Doucette, he is noted for the 1977 hit single "Mama Let Him Play", which made the US Billboard Top 100. The 2001 compilation "Most Memorable Works" is credited to Jerry Doucette but should be Doucette.
