Drug Budget are a rock/dub/hip-hop band formed in Columbus, Ohio in 2008, comprised of guitarist / lead vocalist Joel Smith, bassist Jared Bloom, DJ / backing vocalist Dustin Lasko, keyboardist / backing vocalist Nate Patrick, and drummer Jason Yu. After playing together for more than a year before playing their first gig in October 2009, Drug Budget has been met with warm reception in Columbus, OH and Youngstown, OH for their energetic performances and humorous lyrics.
