Trying to pinpoint the actual year of Dummy Jar's official inception is a task that escapes most chronologists and biographers, as the band's history is one crowded with fictive legends, dodgy characters (i.e. the questionable Dr. Larry Reina), and baffling gaps in any attempt to construct a reasonable timeline. The only recorded facts came about after the band emerged from their secret dabbling, and presented the world with their reshaped, many-sided, highly theatrical, and atypical sketch of what some call rock music.
