Eddie Murphy's 1993 Concert History

Eddie Murphy (born Edward Regan Murphy, April 3, 1961) made his breakthrough in stand-up comedy in the late 1970s before landing a spot as a cast member on Saturday Night Live in 1980. In 1982, he made acting debut in the major motion picture "48 Hrs.", co-staring alongside Nick Nolte. Over the next several decades, Murphy would go on to star in such films as "Beverly Hills Cop", "Coming to America", "The Nutty Professor", "Dr. Dolittle", and "Shrek." Murphy also performed as a singer, releasing three studio albums between 1985 and 1993. In late 2025, "Being Eddie", a documentary covering Murphy's life, was released on Netflix.
