The solo rhythm/noise hybrid project called Expensive $hit is the work of Paul Quattrone, the drummer for the prominent garage rock band Osees (also known as Thee Oh Sees). Quattrone's project is a dynamic blend that incorporates vintage electronic drum pads, samplers, and various distortion and delay pedals alongside acoustic drums to create its unique sound.
These are photos from concerts where Expensive $hit played, so they may be of other bands that played the concert as well.
