Fax Holiday is a recording project from Margin Walker's Eric Schermerhorn that has been a long time in the making. Joined by a handful of talented musicians, the sextet quietly worked on the album for the past several years, and Rope & Wine, the official debut is pretty stunning. The record combines 90's alternative rock with folk and acoustic elements for a fresh organic sound that will appeal to a wide range of fans from Old Canes and Iron & Wine to Tripping Daisy and Superdrag.
