In 1965, Felix Cavaliere (born November 29, 1944) founded The Rascals, then called "The Young Rascals" with Dino Danelli, Eddie Brigati, and Gene Cornish. When The Rascals disbanded in 1972, Cavaliere embarked on a solo career, releasing his self-titled debut solo album in 1974. In 2010, he released his sxith album titled "Midnight Flyer." Additionally, Cavaliere has worked with other bands, leading a spin-off of "The Rascals" called "Felix Cavaliere's Rascals" (not to be confused with The New Rascals, which was formed by Danelli and Cornish in 1989). In 1997, he was inducted into The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame with the other founding members of The Rascals.
