Fighting the Phoenix is a progressive metalcore band from southern Colorado, formed around 2010 in Canon City and later active across Colorado Springs and Denver. Their sound blends melodic leads, big metalcore choruses and breakdowns, with occasional deathcore weight and a strong focus on themes of struggle, resilience and personal growth.
