The story of Fly Radio began in 2008 when front man Joshua Brooks and Lead Guitarist Derek Wenz began writing and rehearsing songs for local shows in there hometown of Yuba City, CA. The band then known as The Mainland began to receive great underground success in the Sacramento area and in July of 2009 the band kicked off there first tour playing up and down the entire west coast at venues and festivals including The Roxy, The Knitting Factory, The Adams Avenue Street Festival...
