Frank Biner was well-known in the San Francisco and Oakland, California area as a powerhouse blues & soul singer, guitar player and songwriter - who was a vital part of (not only) the Oakland music scene. Frank Biner died of a heart attack on May 30, 2001. Far too early for a man at the age of 50.
