It's sung by China Carolina (who is Piney Gir's naughtier cousin) - she also plays keyboards. The song was written by the blissmic Stephen A.Wood who also plays Casio keyboards. Other Casios are played by Anna Schulte, who also sings vocoder vocals, and the Moog siren noises are played by Ed Tidy.
