Geno Delafose & French Rockin' Boogie's 2011 Concert History

Son of zydeco musician John Delafose, Geno's the cowboy accordian player and his band is long one of the better known zydeco groups still playing today. Based out of Whiskey River Landing near Eunice Louisiana they maintain the traditions of the Creoles and can keep a crowd on it's feet whipping up a dizzying array of waltzes, two-steps, jurés, jigs and revamped versions of country and old soul music hits. Geno was nominated for a Grammy in 2008...
