Born and raised in Southern California, Shawn Ellefson (aka Ghettoblaster and .syrup) is a solo electronic artist. His production incorporate a vast number of genres, including but not limited to Dubstep, IDM, Breakcore, and more recently Deephouse and Downtempo. Like a sponge, he absorbs flavors of every musical style that has graced his hometown, and includes a bit of each in all of his productions.
