GROw UP's 1978 Concert History

Grow Up were a Manchester post-punk band who recorded for the Object label and were connected with the Manchester Musician's Collective. Lead singer John Bisset-Smith was also a member of Spherical Objects (as later was guitarist Roger Blackburn). The band recorded 2 eps a single and two albums. Often described as "chamber pop", the band had unique sound, featuring wordy songs with saxophone and trombone to the fore.
