Hard Luck Stories Concert History

Inspired by the likes of Will Oldham, Elliott Smith, Phil Elverum, and Gram Parsons, Hard Luck Stories formed in Raleigh, NC in 2006. The musically diverse backgrounds of guitarist Priest, singer Styles, and pianist Helene create a melodic balance of mellow and catchy with personally inspired lyrics. Passion for all things musical keep the trio challenged to explore their own limits and see where the road will take them. They are particularly inspired by Rose the girl, "Rose" the man, and roses both in bloom and in disintegration.
