Straight out of Los Angeles... Immersed in the arts from birth, multi-instrumentalist/producer Rudy "HighEnd" Mangual can't help but be passionate about music. He hails from a family of Puerto Rican artists: his father is a musician and publisher of Latin Beat Magazine and his mother is a painter and gallery owner.
