South Korean-born violinist Hye-Jin Kim already showed exceptional musical talent she entered the renowned Curtis Institute of Music in Philadelphia at age 14. She earned her bachelor’s degree there, and went on to the New England Conservatory, where she received her master’s, as well as the Emma V. Lambrose Presidential Scholarship.
