Hyperdrive Kittens Concert History

The Hyperdrive Kittens came to life in. . . about 1991. I (Guitarist/Songwriter Lee Sanders. . . stage name Lee Nails) had been playing bass in Livermore's Cement Trampoline, a band formed by my high school friends. When Cement Trampoline started to fall apart, I approached Trampoline drummer Don Conner about forming a new band with me, with a female vocalist, and inspired by music by the New York Dolls, The Ramones and the Rocky Horror Picture Show.
