Iberia are Maja Mathé Milner and Alexander Palmestål (Pistol Disco, a name that might ring a bell if you’re into Swedish pop acts), a duo that release a double A-side single on Hybris today. They are both from Sweden (that’s our sign of quality right there) and create a dreamy electronic soundscape with structures of pop without sounding “too poppy” (as if there is something that actually sounds “too poppy”).
