Iku-Turso is a black metal band formed in 2017, rooted in the cold, pagan spirit of Oulu, Finland, with additional ties to the Netherlands. Melding raw Scandinavian-inspired black metal with atmospheric, epic moods, the group draws deeply from northern landscapes, ancient mythos, and the dark essence of early-90s black metal while forging a sound that feels both nostalgic and vital.
