India Arkin is an indie singer-song-writer based in Newcastle. Having always had artistic drive at the forefront, India originally moved to the city to study Fine Art, and began recording music for her solo project through the lockdowns in 2020. Launching her debut single “Dashboard Dancing” in August of 2021; she quickly caught her attention of the BBC, finding a heavy rotation on BBC Introducing North East and BBC Introducing Tees.
