The solo project of Sandy Taronno (Quinzy), Winnipeg's Indicator Indicator combines the melodicism of Elliott Smith, the electro-pop hooks of Gorillaz, & the deconstructionist fussiness of Spoon. Outside the parameters of predictable radio fare, yet able to connect with - and challenge - mainstream audiences.
