J.C. Davis Concert History

James C. Davis is a saxophone R&B player, active in the 50s & 60s, mostly with James Brown and Hank Ballard. He was the former band director of the James Brown Orchestra. The recordings of J.C. Davis have long been heralded by funk lovers and collectors, fetching hundreds of dollars for a single 45.
