J Spaceman, born 19th of November 1965,(Real name Jason Pierce) is the sole permanent member and leader of Space-rock group Spiritualized, and one half of the creative duo behind Spacemen 3(the other half was Pete Kember, otherwise known as Sonic Boom), who pioneered the shoegazing style back in the eighties.
