Jep, aka Plan Rawsto, born 1990 in Santa Barbara, California is a rising star in the underground hip-hop scene. Originally delving into the acoustic grind-core scene, Jep realized his ghetto roots and traveled to Harlem to study the way of the 'hood. His new album "Hip-Hop À La Mode," a collection of hip-hop beats laid over covered vocals of popular hits is expected in the late summer of 2009.
