In addition to solo work, Serrapere was a co-founder of the American old-time group Uncle Earl and performs regularly with her bands, Jo Serrapere & the Willie Dunns (with John Devine, David Roof and Stuart Tucker), Stella! (with Jen Sygit and Julianna Wilson) and Jo Serrapere & the Lafawndas.
