To say this singer/songwriter has the earthy richness of Norah Jones and the vocal range of Annie Lennox would be a dead-on compliment, but the shout-out falls short of Karissa’s truly unique talents. When you hear her sing, you feel her emotions driving the lyrics and melodies.
